Gable Ends
Windbreak Meshes
We offer customized solutions for steel or concrete structures, using high-quality materials such as sandwich panels, PVC meshes, and perforated aluminum sheets.
We also install windbreak meshes with a central motorized roll-up system, which can open either from bottom to top or top to bottom thanks to a dual motorization setup. Our meshes are secured with a robust system that includes galvanized steel plates and 70 mm galvanized iron pipes, featuring double vertical guides and rubber seals to ensure long-lasting durability and resistance to weather conditions.
The galvanized iron roll-up tube has a diameter of 80 mm and is equipped with a drive cone, while the 60 mm bottom tube fits perfectly into the eyelet of the PVC sheet.

Self-locking Headlocks
Our strength lies in our self-locking headlocks, designed in various sizes to perfectly match the age and size of the herd, ensuring safe and secure restraint of the animals.
Thanks to precise engineering, these structures reduce the risk of choking-related injuries, minimize noise, and offer exceptional durability and sturdiness, guaranteeing long-lasting performance over time.
With Feraboli Zootech, each self-locking headlock represents an innovative and safe solution for animal welfare and farm efficiency. Below are the five models we currently produce:
- Single Self-Locking Headlock for Adult Animals Silenced and designed to allow animals to stand up safely in case of a fall by sliding their head out from below. Made of hot-dip galvanized steel, featuring a 2.5” upright post, 2” frame and specially shaped elements. Equipped with a 1¼” movable bar that allows both simultaneous and individual locking of animals. Approximate spacing: 70 cm.
- “UNICA” Self-Locking Headlock for Heifers Silenced and designed to allow the animal to stand up safely in case of a fall by sliding its head out from below. Made of hot-dip galvanized steel, with 2½” uprights, 2” frame, and 1¼” components. Equipped with a silenced movable bar that allows both simultaneous and individual locking. Approximate spacing: 60 cm. Adjustable neck collar, suitable for animals aged 12 to 16 months.
- “UNICA” Self-Locking Headlock for Young Heifers Silenced and designed to allow the animal to stand up safely in case of a fall by sliding its head out from below. Made of hot-dip galvanized steel, with 2½″ uprights, 1½″ frame, and 1″ components. Features an adjustable neck collar. The silenced movable bar allows both simultaneous and individual locking. Approximate spacing: 50 cm. Suitable for animals aged 8 to 11 months.
- UNICA” Self-Locking Headlock for Calves Silenced and designed to allow the animal to stand up safely in case of a fall by sliding its head out from below. Made of hot-dip galvanized steel, with 2½″ uprights, 1½″ frame, and 1″ components. Equipped with an adjustable neck collar. The silenced movable bar allows both simultaneous and individual locking. Approximate spacing: 45 cm. Suitable for animals aged 5 to 7 months.
- S-Bar Front Panel Feeder for Calves Rack system suitable for calves aged 2 to 5 months, designed to facilitate feeding and accustom them to neck pressure as preparatory training for future use of self-locking headlocks. It consists of two horizontal 1½″ tubes and vertically shaped S-bars made of 1″ tubing, connected with Feraboli Zootech’s custom T-clamps. Variable spacing available.
Feed Bunk Front Panel:
The feed bunk front panel for cow feeding is a highly engineered structural element, designed to ensure optimal access to forage while maximizing feeding efficiency and animal comfort. The structure is made of horizontal hot-dip galvanized steel tubes, sized according to the age of the cows, and secured to a sturdy vertical frame that guarantees long-term stability and durability.
The tubes are strategically positioned at optimal intervals to facilitate access to the feed bunk and reduce the risk of injury, while the galvanized finish provides effective protection against corrosion, ensuring a long product lifespan. The front panel design includes a slight outward tilt, which not only eases access but also contributes to animal welfare by preventing potential neck marks.
Feraboli Zootech offers two types of feed bunk front panels:
The calf front panel consists of three horizontal 1½″ tubes, connected with offset joints that promote animal welfare without causing pressure or damage to the calf’s neck. It is secured using 2½″ upright posts, ensuring solid stability.
The cow front panel consists of two horizontal tubes—2½″ for the lower tube and 2″ for the upper one. An innovative outward-angled comb design optimizes access to forage and enhances animal welfare. The structure is secured with 4″ upright posts, 6 mm thick, ensuring long-lasting strength and durability.

Made from a combination of latex and polyurethane foam, with a thickness ranging from 5 to 12 cm, the Cowflex Mattress offers unparalleled softness—essential for high-yielding dairy cows. The structure is completed with a protective underlayer that enhances durability and makes cleaning easier.
A key strength of the Cowflex mattress is its use of eco-sustainable recycled materials, which help minimize the risk of udder-related diseases, ensuring a healthy environment for the animals. Drinking troughs
Made of stainless steel, these drinkers are extremely durable and resistant, capable of withstanding the daily stresses of cattle. Their design also facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance.
Feraboli Zootech drinkers offer various customization options: available in different sizes, they can be either tiltable or fixed, wall-mounted or free-standing. This allows farmers to choose the solution that best suits the specific needs of their farm.
Additionally, an anti-freeze coil can be added — a particularly useful accessory during winter to prevent water from freezing. Thanks to these features, the drinkers always provide the right amount of water, whether warm or cool, depending on the season.

Barn scrapers
As the market evolved, Feraboli invested in the design of hydraulic scrapers, offering multiple solutions with control units and pistons to meet the diverse needs of farmers. In the 1980s, responding to the demand for a scraper capable of starting multiple times and detecting the presence of animals in the alley, Feraboli patented the first “Genovese” chain system. This innovative solution enabled effective management of alleys over 100 meters long, significantly improving operational efficiency.
Today, Feraboli has completed its range of scrapers, offering various blade solutions to meet every need. The introduction of automation and remote control systems marks a further step forward, enabling the interconnection of control panels with other automated systems related to farm management. Slurry treatment plants
The control unit of the entire system adjusts the back pressure on the plug based on the dry matter content of the input material. This automation ensures consistent dryness of the separated solid, making Feraboli Bedding an ideal choice for farmers.
Among the technical features of the separator are:
- Stainless steel structure, corrosion-resistant and long-lasting.
- Stainless steel auger with tungsten carbide coating, specifically designed for bedding applications, working in synergy with the screen and the self-adjusting pneumatic press to optimize the quality of the separated solid.
- Reversible stainless steel wedge wire screen, engineered to withstand high wear, with a reversible design that doubles the component’s lifespan.
- FPM mechanical seals to ensure excellent sealing and durability.
- Self-adjusting pneumatic press, delivering uniform and consistent dry matter content according to the PLC settings.
- Stainless steel feed hopper equipped with an overflow system.
In addition, Feraboli uses innovative pumps with top suction and a triple shredding system, characterized by high pumping capacity and cutting efficiency, even under heavy-duty conditions. The pump body, made of cast iron, increases durability over time, while the shredded material is conveyed through the stainless steel impeller and discharge pipe.
Feraboli’s submersible agitators are equipped with a propeller designed to ensure high mixing efficiency, even with effluents containing a high solid content. Each mixer features an adjustable stainless steel bracket and offers numerous advantages, including high efficiency and minimal energy consumption, thanks to the propeller profile. The range includes a wide power spectrum and easy maintenance due to its modular design.

FAST CLEANING” CALF HOUSING
In response to upcoming regulations and the evolution of automation in the livestock sector, Feraboli presents innovative solutions for the weaning and post-weaning phases of calves. Our single calf pen features a 3 m² area and is equipped with a removable acetate panel divider, offering flexibility and ease of use.
Each pen is equipped with a double bucket and a height-adjustable milk bucket holder, allowing for practical and customizable feeding. Additionally, a calf protocol chart is included to ensure efficient and organized management.
The front gate, 5 meters long and openable, is divided into individual gates, making animal access and handling easier. The removable dividers inside the pen can be adjusted to create multiple pens when needed, offering additional versatility.
With our “Fast Cleaning” solution, Feraboli is committed to supporting farmers in optimizing processes and improving rearing conditions.
Traditional Calf Pen System – Calf Boxes
In our calf-focused range, Feraboli offers versatile and functional solutions, available in both single and group pens, designed to ensure comfort and promote healthy growth.
The group pens, designed to accommodate four calves on the ground, are equipped with sandwich panel dividers for effective and safe separation. Each pen includes a double bucket holder, self-locking headgate, and stainless steel feeder attachment, ensuring simple and hygienic feeding.
For the specific needs of buffalo calves, we offer group cages with a front-mounted feeder and, upon request, an outdoor paddock to promote animal welfare.
The single elevated pens, designed in battery rows, feature a slatted floor that facilitates cleaning and management. The acetate panel dividers are equipped with a cover over the feeding area, ensuring a protected and comfortable environment. Additionally, the flushing system allows for efficient cleaning beneath the pens, maintaining high hygiene standards.
